Invoices & collections

Coworking billing and GST invoices that chase themselves

Every tenant gets a GST-ready invoice built from their seats, parking and credits. Reminders go out on WhatsApp and email before and after the due date, so collections stop depending on someone remembering to send them.

What it does

Billing & GST invoicing, without the manual work

GST-ready invoices per tenant, per location

Each invoice is built from what the tenant actually uses - seats, cabins, parking and credits - for the center they sit in.

Reminders on WhatsApp and email

Payment reminders go out automatically before and after the due date, on the channels your tenants actually read.

One view of who has paid, everywhere

See what's due, what's paid and what's overdue across every location without stitching spreadsheets together.

Unbilled seats caught before month-end

Seats are cross-checked against invoices, and any seat that is occupied but on nobody’s invoice gets flagged so the revenue isn’t lost.

How it works

The same four steps at every center

  1. 01

    Assign the space

Seats, cabins and parking bays are mapped to the tenant on the floor plan.

  2. 02

    Invoice from what’s assigned

The invoice is built from those assignments and credits, GST-ready, for that location.

  3. 03

    Send and remind

It goes out, and reminders follow on WhatsApp and email until it is paid.

  4. 04

    Close the loop

Payments are marked against the invoice, and your collections view updates for every center.

Per-tenant billing and automated reminders are part of the Pro plan, ₹5,555 per location per month at founding-customer pricing. Compare plans

Common questions

Do I still need a separate billing tool?

No. Billing lives inside Managee Space: you manage invoicing for every tenant, track what’s due and send automated reminders without a separate accounting tool, with occupancy, deals and revenue in the same place.

Can you move our current tenants and invoices across?

Yes, and it’s on us. We migrate active deals and current invoices along with your master data, whether it lives in spreadsheets, a database or another platform.

How does GST work for coworking memberships?

Coworking is generally taxed as renting of non-residential property at 18% GST. Our guide covers place of supply, registrations, reverse charge on rent and e-invoicing thresholds.
